Name: Jim
Age: 16
Race: Half-Dragon
Weapons: fire-breath, claws, strength, agility
Side: Neutral
Family: Astrid (cousin), Natasha (half-sister)
Personality: Jim, as a half-dragon, has a personality of contradictions. At times, he is short-tempered, aggressive, cynical, and selfish, but at other times, he is compassionate, loyal, understanding and fun-loving. His mixing of blood makes him rebellious and a bit of a wild card in most situations, yet he is also willing to help out others in a tough scrape and isn't judgmental. He often feels very conflicted about his lot in life and wants to do what is right, but has trouble deciding on what he believes in.
Past: Jim's father was one of the dragons who managed to shape-shift into a human form. Although he detested humans as much as any other dragon, overtime he came to fall in love with a human woman and gave up being a dragon so that he could be with her and live a happy life. When Jim was born, his father didn't tell him about being half-dragon so that he could live a normal life, but it was difficult for Jim. Despite this, his family lived happily until the other dragons discovered what Jim's father had done. Feeling betrayed by one of their own, they hunted down Jim's family and killed his mother and father but left Jim alive as they saw him as being more dragon than human. Jim spent the next few years living alongside dragons or by himself, learning of what humans had done to dragons over the centuries and meeting his only living relation, his cousin Astrid. When many of the other dragons sided with Thrax and the Land of Shadows in the war, Jim went along with them but never pledged loyalty to the darkness. As the war rages on, Jim mostly avoids getting involved but at the same time desperately wants to belong. However, he harbors a hatred against the dragons for killing his parents while not trusting humans for what they have done to the dragons. He fights on what side he considers to be in the right and refused to adhere to one group entirely.
