Personality: Cocky and bold, with a sense of rebellion and adventure. Enjoys a good laugh and loves going against the normal standard of things. However, also caring towards those who suffer under unjust treatment and willing to defy the powers at be to help the common man.
Past: Tulio was born a fairy with a particular gift for water and air and because of this, he was drawn to the sea. Despite what other fairies thought of it, Tulio decided to take on a piratical way of life to fill his need for adventure and treasure. He quickly became infamous as the "Fox of the Seas" for his cunning and dangerous escapades. This fit him to his liking as a fox was his other form. However, his way of life was destroyed when a freak storm of immense power destroyed his ship, killing his entire crew and leaving Tulio the only survivor. Forced to return to land, Tulio was quickly labeled an outlaw and is hunted by the law. Despite this turn of events, he is still determined to return to his pirate ways by "earning" enough money to purchase a new ship and acquiring a new crew to lead.
